I. Return Standards

At Manstyle, we recognize that the perfect fit is the foundation of style. If your selected garment does not meet your expectations in terms of fit, fabric, or feel, we offer a dedicated return process. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and professional, ensuring that our clientele can shop with absolute confidence in our craftsmanship.

II. The 60-Day Window

We provide an industry-leading timeframe to ensure you have ample time to evaluate your purchase. All returns must be initiated and dispatched back to our facility within the following parameters:

III. How to Initiate Your Return

To ensure your return is processed accurately at our Alaska hub, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Email our concierge at support@manstyle.fit within 60 days of receipt. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Packaging: Secure the items in their original packaging to protect the fabric during transit.
  4. Dispatch: Use a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

IV. Inspection & Refund Timeline

While this is a Return Policy, we understand the importance of your funds. Upon receiving your package, our quality control team will conduct an inspection within 2 business days.

Once the condition is verified, we will authorize the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the full disbursement cycle takes 12 business days to conclude after the inspection is finished.

V. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and brand integrity, we cannot accept returns on garments that show signs of usage, laundry detergent scents, or pet hair. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are excluded from this 60-day window.
