III. Method of Disbursement
To ensure security and compliance with financial regulations, all refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Once we initiate the refund, your banking institution may require an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
- Digital Wallets (PayPal/Shop Pay): These transactions typically reflect within 24–48 hours after our 12-day processing period concludes.
We are unable to issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure the integrity of the original transaction.
IV. Financial Conditions
- Zero Restocking Fees: Manstyle does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for approved returns. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the eligible items.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees ($6.99) paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented manufacturing defect or an incorrect item shipment by Manstyle.
- Partial Refunds: In instances where only part of a bundle or multi-item order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item price at the time of purchase.
V. Assistance with Pending Credits
If you have not received your refund after the 12-business-day processing window and the subsequent banking wait time, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify your bank statement or credit card activity once more.
- Contact your financial institution, as there is often a "pending" period before a refund is officially posted.
