I. The "60-Minute" Policy
At Manstyle, we pride ourselves on a highly efficient fulfillment cycle. To ensure our 1-business-day handling time is maintained, the window for modifying or canceling an order is strictly limited. Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our logistics facility in Juneau, Alaska, for picking and packing.
Modification Window: You have exactly 60 minutes from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change. After this period, the order enters the "Processing" phase and cannot be intercepted.
II. Submission Protocol
To request a change within the 60-minute window, please utilize our high-priority support channel:

Please include the specific details of the change (e.g., updating a size, color, or correcting a shipping address). Requests submitted via social media or other channels may not be seen in time to halt the automated fulfillment process.

IV. If the Window Has Closed
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. In this scenario, we recommend the following professional solutions:
- Address Errors: Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly using your tracking number to request a package intercept (Carrier fees may apply).
- Unwanted Items: Please wait for the package to arrive and utilize our 60-day Return Policy. Do not refuse the delivery, as "Refused Packages" incur higher processing delays.
V. Cancellation Refunds
For cancellations approved within the 60-minute window, a full refund including shipping costs will be initiated immediately. As per our Refund Policy, please allow 12 business days for the disbursement to be finalized and for the funds to reflect on your original payment method statement.
