To track the status of your premium menswear shipment, please enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email) and the Billing Email address used during checkout.
I. Tracking Expectations
Once your order departs our Juneau, Alaska facility, your tracking information is activated. Please keep the following delivery milestones in mind:

II. Understanding Your Order Status
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared by our fulfillment team. (60-minute window for changes).
- Shipped: Your package has been handed over to the courier and is in transit to your address.
- Delivered: The courier has confirmed the package is at your location.
III. Troubleshooting
If your tracking number shows "Not Found" or hasn't updated in 48 hours, please do not be alarmed. This often occurs when the initial scan at the carrier's hub is pending. For orders marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages before physical drop-off.
